Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 October 2026

1. Who we are

HighCohesion Tech is a trade name of BYSTRYTSKYI VOLODYMYR LEONIDOVYCH, sole proprietor (FOP), Vinnytsia, Ukraine (“we”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

To contact us about your data, write to support@highcohesion.tech.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the website highcohesion.tech and to email correspondence with us.

Each of our apps has its own privacy policy. It is published on the app’s website and available inside the app; that policy governs the data the app processes.

3. What data we process

Data you give us. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message with any attachments.

Technical data. When you open the website, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser and device type, the address of the requested page, and the date and time of the request. This data is needed to deliver pages and protect the website against attacks.

Language setting. The website language you choose is saved in your browser’s local storage. This record stays on your device and is not sent to us.

General usage information. With your consent, we may collect general information about visits: which pages were opened, the website you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location at country level. Analytics is not currently enabled on the website; when we enable it, it will run only after you consent.

What we do not do. The website has no registration and no forms. We do not show advertising, do not sell data and do not build advertising profiles of visitors.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage. They fall into two groups:

  • Necessary — remember the website language you chose and your cookie choice. The website cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the website. We use them only with your consent. At present no analytics cookies are set.

When you first visit the website, we ask for your choice. You can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Only the providers without which the website and email cannot work have access to data:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and protection;
  • Google Workspace — storing and delivering email correspondence;
  • Analytics providers — only if you have given consent; we will list them here before analytics is enabled.

We will disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

We are based in Ukraine, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data of residents of the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those territories, the transfer relies on adequacy decisions or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. How long we keep data

  • Correspondence — for up to 24 months after the last message in the thread, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
  • Technical logs — for the period set by the hosting provider.
  • Language setting and cookie choice — on your device. We ask for your cookie choice again after 12 months; you can delete both records by clearing the website’s data in your browser.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what data about you we process and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict processing or object to it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise your rights, write to support@highcohesion.tech. We will reply within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you.

10. Children

The website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The website is available only over a secure HTTPS connection, and access to correspondence is restricted. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. We will announce significant changes on the website.
