What to include

To help us help you faster, please include:

• the app name and its version;
• your device model and iOS or Android version;
• what happened and what you expected to see;
• a screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.

Each app has its own privacy policy and terms of use, published on the app's website and available inside the app. You can write to the address above about any of them.

Subscriptions and refunds

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store. You can manage a subscription or request a refund in your Apple ID settings or at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something doesn't work, write to us and we'll help you sort it out.

Your data

To find out what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to support@highcohesion.tech with the subject “Privacy request”. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
